Tropical Pond Plants. The large leaves of burhead plants give them the look and feel of tropical rainforest plants. Return to the pond in spring when there is no risk of frost.
Tropical water lilies are amongst the most highly desired tropical aquatic plants for ponds in warmer climates, preferring water temperatures above 24°c. Adding bog plants or marginal plants along the edge of the water garden, stream bed or waterfall will give your pond a more natural appearance. Most plants vary in size from about 8″ to about 15″ when shipped, depending on species type.
